Optical fiber distribution box

Designed and produced according to the communication industry standard YD/T 2150-2010, it integrates the introduction of optical cable (fixing, peeling, protection), optical fiber fusion, and wiring, and independently completes the optical fiber wiring management function. It is suitable for indoor/outdoor fiber splitters of optical distribution points in optical access network, and its waterproof performance is up to IP65 level.

Use environment:

Working temperature-10 ℃ ~ + 60 ℃.

The storage temperature is-25 ℃ ~ + 60 ℃.

The relative humidity is no more than 95%. Atmospheric pressure 70kpa~106kpa.

Optoelectronic performance of adapter:

Insertion loss (IL) ≤ 0.2dB. Return loss (RL) ≥ 55dB.

High voltage protective grounding device:

The insulation resistance ≥ 1000m Ω / 500V (DC). The voltage withstand voltage ≥ 3000V (DC) / 1min, no breakdown, no flying arc.

Main mechanical performance parameters:

The insertion and unplugging durability life of ZJ connector is more than 1000 times.

The whole curvature radius of the fiber is controlled to ensure that the curvature radius of the fiber is greater than that of 30mm at any position.

It clearly marks each optical fiber to avoid confusion caused by disassembly during maintenance.

Technical requirements:

It has perfect optical cable introduction device and grounding protection device, which is convenient for optical cable introduction and fixing, safe and reliable.

The body of the box is tightly sealed with a sealing strip, which can effectively prevent the entry of dust, and adopts electrostatic spray molding, which has a simple and beautiful appearance.

Weak current box/junction box

  • Panel specification: 0.8mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, surface white fine grain electrostatic spraying, beautiful anti-scratch.
  • Door panel opening and closing mode: open and close to the right, with a maximum opening angle of 100 degrees.
  • Specification of door frame and bottom box: thickness 1.0mm steel plate spray molding (white), bottom box into the wall to provide φ 25mm x10 + φ 20mmx10 entry hole, bottom box into the wall to provide φ 25mm x7 + φ 20mmx7 entry hole.
  • The box contains accessories: AC220V power socket x1, equipment bracket x1, fused fiber disk x1.
  • All weak power boxes/junction boxes for intelligent systems need to be equipped with a built-in key lock.
