Patch panel production process mainly consists of ten processes:
1.Product design – 2.Cutting – 3.Stamping processing – 4.Bending processing – 5.Soldering connection – 6.Process inspection – 7.Surface coating – 8.Inspection- 9.Overall assembly – 10.Finished product inspection.
In order to produce high quality cabinets, there are very strict requirements for each step.
3, Finished Inspection.When your order is completed, we will check the patch panel specification, electrical properties, physical properties, product appearance and packaging (including printing, color, labeling, etc.), quantity and other important information in conjunction with PI, production technical sheet, packaging, labeling and other confirmed documents. We ensure that our deliveries are accurate in this way.
